We’ve all done it: have a row, argue or get very frustrated with our partner. That’s life, but some of us take anger too far yelling in their faces, punching the walls next to them, even hitting the person we love or care about. This video looks at men’s anger and most importantly what we can do about it so we can have happier more peaceful relationships and lives.
