Blended families are never easy, but this couple found a unique approach to making it work

Julie and Ross were both married to other people for what they thought was going to be forever.    Even though both tried to make their first marriages work, Julie’s ended after 3 years with 2 girls while Ross’s ended after 15 years and 3 girls later.  This is their story of how they moved on from those marriages, met and eventually fell in love.

It also covers how they dealt with the complexities of bringing their blended families together while maintaining relationships with both their ex-spouses so the children had ongoing connections with both their parents.

This story is for people wanting a real world example of how a couple managed the challenging path bringing blended families together. No one is saying one size fits all, but this interview discusses how Julie and Ross navigated through the seas of resentment, confusion and doubt to build a happy and functional new family together.
